3. To confirm Minutes of the Meeting held on 26th November 2018
4. To report Matters Arising from the previous minutes, for information only
5. To consider Correspondence including:

i)               Proposed Public Spaces Protection Order (for dog fouling)

1. To comment on Planning Applications
2. To consider Highways Issues
3. To receive a report from the Recreation Centre Trustees
4. To receive a report on adaptations at Recreation Centre to enable storage of archive materials
5. To consider updates (if any) on Current Projects:

1. To receive Finance Report and approve Invoices for Payment
2. To consider the draft Budget and to decide on the Precept for 2019/20
3. To raise Matters for the Next Meeting                                             
4. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting –  Monday, 28th January 2019
5. To close the meeting to the public to consider any updates on capital projects and land issues
