1. To consider Apologies for Absence
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in Items on the Agenda and to consider Requests for a Dispensation
3. To confirm Minutes of the Meeting held on 17th December 2018
4. To report Matters Arising from the previous minutes, for information only
5. To consider Correspondence, including:

i)                   A request for funding for Acle Community Gym

ii)                 A request for a grant for Acle Community Archive Group

1. To comment on Planning Applications
2. To consider Highways Issues
3. To receive a report from the Recreation Centre Trustees, including a request for a grant towards a memorial garden
4. To consider the draft proposal for the Herondale site – rented and shared ownership apartments for the over 55s
5. To consider selling a small piece of land at Oaks Lea
6. To consider updates (if any) on Current Projects:

1. To receive Finance Report, approve Invoices for Payment and investment of funds
2. To renew and adopt finance policies
3. To raise Matters for the Next Meeting                                             
4. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting –  Monday, 25th February 2019 at Acle Methodist Church
5. To close the meeting to the public to consider any updates on capital projects and land issues
