3. To confirm Minutes of the Meeting held on 24th June 2019
4. To report Matters Arising from the previous minutes, for information only
5. To consider Correspondence, including:
   i)        the proposed removal of the BT phone box in The Street    
6. To comment on Planning Applications, including:
   i)         22 Habgood Close – single storey rear extension and front porch (20191069)
7. To consider Highways Issues
8. To consider issues at the Recreation Centre, including:

i)                   A report from the trustees

ii)                 Election of 2 trustees

1. To receive Finance Report and approve Invoices for Payment
2. To consider Co-option of Two Councillors
3. To raise Matters for the Next Meeting                                             
4. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting –  Monday, 30th September 2019 at Acle Methodist Church (No meeting is planned for August but a meeting will be called if plans are received for the site off Norwich Road)
