2. To receive Declarations of Interest in Items on the Agenda and to consider Requests for a Dispensation
3. To confirm Minutes of the Meeting held on 27^th January 2020
4. To report Matters Arising from the previous minutes, for information only
5. To consider Correspondence, including:
   i) request for a grant from Acle Community Gym

ii) Employer Pension Contribution Rate

1. To comment on Planning Applications, including:

i)                   TPO – all trees at Robin Hill, Sth Walsham Road

ii)                 GNLP – sites proposed for Acle

1. To consider Highways Issues
2. To consider issues at the Recreation Centre, including nominating 9 trustees
3. To consider part-funding a youth mental health worker
4. To appoint 5 trustees to Acle Lands Trust
5. To consider updates (if any) on Current Projects:

1. To review and adopt the Social Media Policy and Data Policy
2. To receive Finance Report and approve Invoices for Payment
3. To raise Matters for the Next Meeting                                             
4. To confirm the date of the next Parish Council meeting –  Monday, 30th March 2020 at Acle Methodist Church
